Account Deletion
If you no longer want to grow with Wild Thumb, follow these steps to delete your account. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any of the associated information.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
- Log into the app: Open Wild Thumb and sign in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Click on explore icon in the bottom right corner of the nav bar and tap on the profile icon in the top right corner and click ‘Settings.’
- Click on Delete account: The Delete account button is in the bottom left corner of the screen. A prompt will appear informing you about the consequences of deletion (such as data loss). You may be asked to confirm your password for security reasons.
- Confirmation email: You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Please confirm.
- Final confirmation: Once the email verification is completed, your account will be scheduled for deletion. This process may take up to 7 business days.
- Data Retention Notice: Any data required for legal or compliance reasons may be retained per company policies, even after account deletion.
